## Faktura z dodacího listu

POST `/v1/delivery-notes/{id}/invoice`

Create an invoice from an issued delivery note: a draft unless \`issue\` is true. With \`issue: true\`: Legal effect: this assigns the final document number, creates a tax document, and posts to the books. Confirm with the user first.
