# API reference

The complete DameDoklad REST API reference, generated from the OpenAPI spec.

The base URL is `https://api.damedoklad.cz/v1`. Every request authenticates with an [API key](/en/docs/authentication/) and follows the [API conventions](/en/docs/conventions/): amounts in haléře, `YYYY-MM-DD` dates and [one error shape](/en/docs/errors-and-limits/).

The reference is generated from the OpenAPI spec on every site build, so it matches the code, and new operations appear by themselves. Operation descriptions are in English because they double as tool descriptions for AI assistants; where a description is missing, the title comes from the operation’s identifier.
