Is a vehicle log mandatory?

It depends on how you claim the vehicle in costs. Trip records serve as tax evidence, so ask your tax advisor about your case.

Can it handle foreign trips?

Yes, travel orders cover domestic and foreign trips.

Is it connected to payroll?

Yes. You add a settled reimbursement to the employee’s pay for that month, and it is paid with the wages, in a cash-basis book with the trip’s VAT on the pay row. Rates are for 2026 only.
