Reports in plain words

The financial overview, the to-do list, printable reports and exports.

Updated 30 Oct 2026

Reports show how the company is doing and what needs doing.

To do

The To do page collects what is waiting for you: received documents, drafts, overdue invoices and upcoming tax deadlines. From there you go straight to the document; see To do inbox.

Financial overview

The Dashboard shows revenue and costs over time, who owes you how much and what is in your accounts. The figures come from documents and the books, so you don’t need a spreadsheet export. The overview and the reports go by accounting period: a company with a fiscal year from July sees July to June, and the year reads 2026/27.

Payment discipline

The Payment discipline tab in Reports shows how customers pay the invoices, debit notes, and other receivables issued in an accounting period: the share paid on time, the average and longest delay, and what is overdue now. Delay is weighted by amount. A retention counts from its own due date, a set-off on its date, and an advance as on time. The rating is our suggestion: good up to 7 days, fair up to 30, otherwise poor. Download the report as XLSX or CSV.

Reports and exports

Reports cover income and expenses, cash flow, the age of receivables and your largest partners. Exports hand your data to a spreadsheet as XLSX or CSV. The data is yours and you can download all of it at any time in Settings > Import and export.
