New
Only what the company uses, and sending through the API only when explicitly turned on
Each company picks the agendas it uses, and the rest leaves the menus. An owner can allow a key or an agent to send payment orders and filings, with limits, off by default. And several things that only worked through the API are now in the app.
- Agendas are chosen when setting up a company and under Settings. A new sole trader sees 39 tabs instead of 111. One switch shows everything.
- An agenda with data stays visible, and the agendas the law requires cannot be turned off. The API and MCP do not change.
- The ⌘K search offers an agenda that is off, with one click to turn it on.
- Sending orders and filings through the API and MCP is off, and only an owner can turn it on, in the app. It takes its own permission, the digest of the data, and keeping to the limits. None of it has run against a real bank or authority yet.
- New in the app: production requests from an order, several asset labels at once, assigning GPSR and recycling fees in bulk, a fee typed on a line, more codes for the employer’s notice, and the bonus top-up request.
- Custom fields can be searched and printed on documents.
Improved
VAT from 1 January 2027: the car limit ends, § 77a, drinks and forms
The 420,000 CZK deduction limit and § 77a by date, the additional return by the end of January 2027, a reminder on drink rates, and periods from 2027 no longer lock without new forms.
- The 420,000 CZK deduction limit under Act 180/2026: the day the right arose and the day the car went into use decide. A 2026 document on a car in use before 2027 keeps the limit, even when filed in 2027.
- The additional return of § 33(6): a row in the calendar and to-do list, a warning, and how much the deduction rises.
- § 77a by date: from 1 January 2027 only for a car acquired earlier.
- Non-alcoholic drinks in a catering service from 1 January 2027: a reminder in the till and on items. You choose the rate.
- VAT returns, control statements, EC Sales Lists and OSS for periods from 1 January 2027 do not lock or produce XML until the form is published.
- Payroll 2027: sport and culture without a yearly limit, recreation up to 20,000 CZK as its own group.
Improved
VAT groups, the EU small business scheme, margin purchases, Intrastat credit notes and substitute performance from the till
VAT groups and the EU small business scheme with its notices, foreign VAT registrations on till receipts and in cash, purchases and held-back deductions in the margin scheme, Intrastat with credit notes, OSS and code checks, and substitute performance from receipts, cash and advances.
- VAT groups: a member’s role, the group’s number, supplies between members apart, and the representative files from the members’ parts.
- EU small business scheme: the -EX number, documents, turnover per state in euros, the 100,000 EUR limit, the SMEHL1 and SMEOZ1 notices.
- Foreign VAT registrations: till receipts, cash and delivery notes, rates from the European Commission’s table, currency from the registration.
- Margin scheme: purchase price right on the line, till receipts and cash, purchases from non-payers with a document, deductions held back under § 90(15) and (16), a tax document for a travel advance.
- Intrastat: credit notes and returns with code 21, OSS sales with code 12, goods code and statistical sign checks, and for discounts whether the original declaration needs correcting.
- Substitute performance: till receipts, cash receipts and advances, a record of recognition under § 78 and a check against it when saving.
New
Revenue recording in test mode, and card settlements
Preparing for EET 2.0 against the Financial Administration's test environment, and importing settlements from payment providers. Nothing goes to the live system yet.
- EET 2.0: recording sales from receipts, cash documents, and payments taken in person, with a retrying queue and a list of failures. It sends only to the Financial Administration’s test environment, so it does not meet the duty yet.
- A company the duty does not apply to sees none of this.
- Card and gateway settlements: import a file, pair the payout with the movement on your account, and post the fee. ComGate follows its published format. GoPay, ThePay, KB SmartPay and PayU need you to check a preview, because their files have no public description.
New
GPSR, recycling fees, a till without a connection, and contributory organisations
Small gaps against POHODA: production requests, asset labels, custom fields, CSÚIS. The till sells without internet.
- The till sells without a connection and sends sales when it returns, with the real time of sale, for sales recording too. The app can be installed. Logging out removes the till’s data from the device.
- Printing a receipt straight to an ESC/POS printer and opening the drawer in Chrome and Edge. Not yet tried on a real device.
- Recycling fees on invoices, credit notes, and receipts by § 73 and § 99 of Act 542/2020, with an overview for a period.
- GPSR: manufacturer and EU representative on an item, with labels.
- Production requests with reserved components, by hand or from a received order.
- Asset labels with a barcode, and sets of movable assets on the card.
- Custom fields on contacts, items, and documents. User-defined agendas are not included.
- Contributory organisations: chart and statements by Decree 410/2009 and XML for CSÚIS by XSD package no. 57. Not tried on the CSÚIS portal; notes and FIN are not included.
- For a company that became a VAT payer during the year, leases, travel orders, service jobs, delivery notes, and receipts now follow the date of the document.
- Notifications and other jobs work through companies in batches, so one slow company delays nobody.
Improved
DPPO attachments, VAT corrections, set-offs of documents and smaller gaps
Attachments 2 and 3 of the corporate return and row 319, the § 74b correction by rate, a margin per period, set-off of a credit note and advances, the credit limit on stock issues, the EET answer's signature, and more.
- Corporate income tax: Attachments 2 and 3, the attachments for an investment incentive and row 319, with XML that passes the schema.
- VAT: the § 74b correction by rate and by retention, with the way back. The periods and limits of § 74b and § 46 follow the changes from 1 January 2027. § 6c in VAT turnover, identified persons, a margin per period, advances and third countries for travel services.
- Set-off of a received credit note, a proforma and an advance to a supplier, started from a document, with a series of its own.
- The credit limit on stock issues for a sale, and the override on every document. A foreign retention can move to long-term.
- An ISDOC tax document for a payment finds its advance.
- EET: the answer’s signature is checked, vouchers and credit. Live sending stays off.
- Move to accounting: from single-entry books, each bank account apart, stock by kind.
- Stock: a kit component’s serial at the till, a linked receipt takes the invoice’s price, locations on the transfer PDF.
- Migration from POHODA: GPSR, recycling fees and optional parameters.
New
Custom roles, connected mailboxes, and document layouts
Rights by agenda and on chosen warehouses, registers, accounts, and series, mailboxes read into To do, approval by several people, and printing your way.
- Custom roles: read, write, or all by agenda, and only chosen warehouses, cash registers, bank accounts, and number series. It holds in the app, the API, and MCP. The five basic roles do not change.
- Connected mailboxes: attachments from IMAP, Gmail, or Microsoft 365 come into To do. Nothing changes on the server. The operator has to turn on Gmail and Microsoft 365.
- Approval scenarios: several approvers in turn, also by themselves from an amount. One approver stays one click.
- Document layouts: which parts and in what order, columns and widths, your own text, per document type and language, with a live preview. The look now also applies to reminders, stock documents, and protocols.
New
Payment orders from payroll, personnel documents, liability insurance and sick notes
One button for payment orders from payroll, contracts and confirmations as PDFs, the premium by quarter, and HOZ, HZUPN and the bonus request as files.
- Orders from payroll. One button on a locked run makes orders for net pay, deductions, ČSSZ, insurers and the tax office, with the published accounts and symbols. You enter VZP’s account yourself. Payments pair from the statement. A wage to a protected account leaves from the account the confirmation names.
- A wage marked paid by hand as a transfer goes to the account’s analytic like other hand payments, not to bare 221.
- Other payables can go on a payment order.
- Documents. Employment contract, agreements, amendment, wage notice, employment certificate and the paper for the labour office, as PDFs in Czech. They are templates by the Labour Code, for a person to read before signing.
- Statutory liability insurance. The premium by quarter under decree 125/1993 Sb., as a payable to Kooperativa or Generali. The decree has no advances and no annual settlement.
- Filings as files. Sick notes imported from ČSSZ’s XML and inserted into attendance, HZUPN, HOZ for ČPZP and OZP, and the tax bonus request for EPO. Nothing is sent for you, and none of it has been filed live.
- Two currencies. An account in another currency also pays a debit note, another receivable or payable, and an advance to a supplier, with the difference on 563 or 663.
- A cash sale needs a cash register. Without one the app refuses it and says where to add one.
New
Connections to banks, authorities and e-shops, off for now and untried live
Sending an order through the Fio and Raiffeisenbank interfaces, sending filings to the test environments of data boxes, EPO and ČSSZ, Shoptet and Shopify, and an interface in the style of POHODA XML for connectors. All of it is off, and none of it has run against a real bank, authority or shop.
- It is all in one place, in Settings under More. A company that uses no connection sees it nowhere else.
- Orders to Fio and Raiffeisenbank, once the operator allows them. Each send is confirmed by a person and still authorised at the bank.
- Sending filings to the test environment, with the status read back. This fulfils no duty. Export for EPO still stands.
- Shoptet and Shopify: orders here, stock from here, with a log of failures. Not tried on a real shop.
- The
/v1/pohoda/xmlinterface for connectors written for POHODA. Not tried with a real connector.
New

- Statutory and accounting allowances that reach the income tax return.

API
REST API, OpenAPI and MCP server
Every operation is at once an API route, an OpenAPI entry and an MCP tool. A new foundation for all areas, including the accounting core.
- An accounting core that checks balanced entries and closed periods.
- A public REST API at
/v1with API keys. - An MCP server over Streamable HTTP at
/mcp.
Improved
New website and documentation
A new website, a new logo, documentation in Czech and English, and an API reference generated from OpenAPI.
- Website and docs in two languages.
- The API reference and MCP tool list come straight from the spec.
- A new logo in the app and on the website.
New
Webhooks, OAuth for MCP, the To do inbox and POHODA import
The platform layer is in place: signed webhooks, OAuth 2.1 for AI clients, read-only API keys, an inbox with AI reading, POHODA XML import, data export and subscriptions.
- Webhooks signed with HMAC SHA-256, with retries over almost two days and a delivery log.
- OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration for the MCP server, across several companies.
- API keys with a
readorfullscope. - The To do inbox: upload or email documents, read by ISDOC or AI, then check and create the received invoice.
- Import from POHODA XML with a dry-run report, and a full data export as a ZIP.
- Plans and subscriptions through Stripe, tested so far against a simulated Stripe.
New
Invoicing under one roof
Issued and received invoices, proformas, credit notes and delivery notes in one part of the app, each with its own API.
- Invoicing gathers all documents into tabs.
- Each document type has its own table and API.
New
App foundation and address book
Sign-in, companies and roles, a contact address book with ARES and VIES, number series per period.
- Accounts, companies and roles with data separated in the database.
- A contact address book with ARES lookup and VIES VAT number checks.
- Number series for each document type and period.
