Do you connect the warehouse to an e-shop?
Shoptet and Shopify can connect: orders come here and stock goes from here, with a log of what failed. It stays off until you turn it on. We tried Shoptet against its official test interface and Shopify against our own fake only, and nobody has tried it on a real shop yet. Products are not created in a shop, only stock goes out. An interface in the style of POHODA XML for connectors has not been tried with a real connector yet.
Do sales reach the warehouse?
Yes. An item on an invoice or delivery note line moves stock, and the movement posts to the books. Goods from one order leave only once. An invoice typed by hand beside an uninvoiced delivery note stops and offers to link it, and moves stock again only once you confirm it is a further sale.
Can I have several warehouses?
Yes, and you move goods between them with a transfer.
Do I need inventory to invoice?
No. You turn the area on when you need it.
